Polk’s National Vehicle Population Profile (NVPP) is a census of all currently registered passenger cars and light-duty trucks (GVW 1 – 3) in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. It also includes motorcycle data for the U.S. and Canada. It provides you with:

• Exact makes and models of vehicles in your markets
• Engine detail
• Body style information grouped by various levels [Block Group, Census Tract, ZIP/postal code, CBSA* (formerly MSA), state or national total]
• Industry Association (AAIA) code, which enables direct matching to your parts catalog

NVPP is updated quarterly for the U.S. and Puerto Rico and annually for Canada. NVPP data is available via tape, electronic file, CDROM or hardcopy book.
