Commercial Vehicle Tracking Leads to Increased Sales and Owner Retention

Situation:
A heavy-duty OEM in dire financial trouble needed to be able to market to their own dealers for loyalty and parts and service reminders. They had the unique challenge of having three separate but overlapping dealership networks, and had to be able to separate vehicles by make, national accounts and dealer territory to prevent cannibalization.

Solution:
Polk worked with the OEM to produce a solution that allows them to separate their own makes and prospects based on make and dealer proximity. The final product is a semi-annual file that updates all owner information.
