Anyone in the process of earning a college degree is eligible to explore working with us through the Polk Internship Program. Our internship program gives participants the chance to put the theoretical knowledge they’ve gained into practice on specific tasks and experiences all while building a network of friends, contacts and having fun. Upon graduation from college, participants in the program may be considered for full-time employment.

In addition, Polk has partnered with Loyola High School in the Loyola Work Experience Program (LWEP). Loyola is an all-male Detroit school that provides a small, structured educational setting for young urban men. The purpose of LWEP is to enhance Loyola’s educational program by assigning students to entry-level jobs one day per week to use the skills acquired in the classroom in a real-world workplace environment.

These internship programs are a great introduction to Polk, as well as to corporate America.
