R. L. Polk & Co. is the corporate sponsor of the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium—the industry’s leading educational event.

Net proceeds from this event fund a scholarship program for students planning to enter the automotive aftermarket. Students who receive a scholarship and plan a career as an automotive aftermarket technician are eligible for a matching grant upon graduation from their program and after completing six months of employment in the industry. Over the past eight years, more than 900 students have received financial aid totaling over $900,000.
