Position Summary:
This position if responsible for the plan, design, development and support of business and financial systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and define supporting business system requirements.
• Define solutions for enterprise application distribution and financial modules to meet requirements, including analysis of alternatives that close gaps between requirements and standard enterprise application functionality; may lead small teams.
• Review design specifications to ensure conformance with requirements.
• Configure enterprise application modules and reports to meet design specifications and architectural model.
• Conduct document reviews, data / setup reviews and code reviews.
• Perform software unit tests and systems integration tests; may lead small test teams.
• Design and deliver enterprise application financial training, user manuals and guidelines.
• Analyze, correct and prevent software defects in production enterprise application modules; may lead small teams.
• Execute Systems Engineering and Support processes and procedures using company standards, guidelines and templates.
• Contribute to Systems Engineering and Support process improvement initiatives; may lead process improvement teams.
• Provide estimates of effort required to design, develop or correct defects.
• Execute responsibilities with guidance from manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems, with at least five to eight years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting education / experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with Oracle JDEdwards EnterpriseOne ERP software; Experience with release level 8.10 or higher preferred.
• Experience with AS400 and DB2 client/server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work with others in a global, multi-cultural team environment.
